Getting started is simple: contact Curated Offices to receive a link to download your personal pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. When you’re at a partner venue, just flash the pass at checkout to apply the discount—no codes, no forms. The pass updates in real time with new partners, offers, and terms on the back of the card, and you’ll get a nudge when fresh deals go live.

An easy crowd pleaser, bring all your staff together with monthly pizza days. This service boosts team moral using delicious, freshly-made pizza from a local supplier, offering a tasty break from the workday routine. We normally deliver 1/2 a pizza per person, at lunch time.

Our premium coffee subscription offers your team a variety of high-quality, gourmet bean to cup coffee options to keep them energized and satisfied. We can calibrate the bean to the right machine, depending on what you have installed. We can also help pick out a new machine, or lease a machine to you, should you need something more upmarket.

Twice a year, we take your team out of the office and pick up the tab. Our Biannual Out-of-Office Drinks package sets a pre-agreed spend behind the bar at a handpicked, upmarket local venue—curated for atmosphere, service, and proximity—so your people can relax, connect, and celebrate wins without the admin. Once a year (or on demand), we arrange a registered clinician to visit your office to deliver opt-in services—seasonal flu jabs, core health checkups (BP, BMI, cholesterol), optional vitamin D supplementation, and diabetes screening—scheduled in discreet 10–15 minute slots to minimise disruption. We handle the partner sourcing, consent forms, comms, booking links, and on-site coordination; employees simply book a time and pay per service used. Before we begin you will have to fill out a form listing the quantity and type of drinks you would like restocked at the beginning of each week and we will handle the rest.

Perfect for offices that enjoy a casual drink after hours, we can organise an alcoholic drinks restock service every weekend, ensuring your supply of beer, wine, and spirits is always ready for any office celebration. Just let us know how many items of which brands you need at the beginning of each week and we will handle the rest.

Cater to all preferences with our selection of premium milks, offering choices from whole and skimmed to almond and oat milk. This service ensures that every team member’s dietary needs and preferences are met, enhancing coffee and tea breaks. We would typically start with an agreed set of milks, provided for the start of each week.

We select, install, and maintain a variety of indoor plants that beautify your space and improve air quality, creating a more inviting and relaxing environment. If your office does not have much natural light then we are can install artificial plants instead.

Never lose connectivity with our backup 5G WiFi service. This critical backup system ensures your internet connection remains uninterrupted, safeguarding against productivity loss during unexpected outages. The WiFi works off of 5G, rather than through fibre, which adds another level of redundancy to your office systems.

Brighten your office every week with fresh, beautiful flowers from our weekly flowers service. These floral arrangements are designed to enhance the aesthetic of your workspace and elevate the mood. We can deliver as many or as few bouquets as you need, with each bouquet lasting approximately 10 days.

Create a pleasant and inviting office atmosphere by installing our scent machine. Choose from a variety of subtle, premium scents that can help enhance focus and provide a constant, refreshing backdrop to your daily operations. We can even create a bespoke scent to represent your brand, a great marketing tool for any clients visiting your office space. The machine and scent is rented on a monthly subscription with unlimited refills provided by our maintenance team. It works very well with ventilation machines, but can also be placed in offices (normally by the entrance/exit).

Should you want to upgrade your existing water machine to include carbonated ‘sparkling’ water, then look no further. This service provides your team with unlimited sparkling water, with gas  Co2 canisters changed every few months.

We believe that a key ingredient to business success is a positive minded and motivated staff. With this in mind we curated our ‘Employee Success Library’. This service provides a range of books and materials focused on professional growth, personal development, and industry insights tailored to your sector. Employees are free to loan the books at will, and even add notes. The library will be installed at an agreed location in the office and available to all.

Let us take over your office security with our CCTV/Alarm Monitoring service. This subscription provides continuous 12-hour nightly surveillance and alarm monitoring, ensuring safety and security around the clock, giving everyone peace of mind. Please note that this is charged out per camera and will require access to each camera’s portal. We can of course also assist in installing your CCTV and adding it to your network.
