1) About these terms

These Terms govern your use of the Curated Clubcard (the “Pass”). By applying for or using the Pass, you agree to them.

2) Eligibility & access

• The Pass is available only to:
  (a) Curated Offices occupiers/users; or
  (b) occupiers in buildings where a landlord has white-labelled the Pass.
  (c) Beneficiaries selected at Curated Offices’ discretion.
• We may verify eligibility with your employer/landlord and suspend or cancel the Pass if you leave, your company’s participation ends, or if the programme is withdrawn.

3) Personalised, non-transferable

• Each Pass is personal and shows your name and company.
• You must not share, lend, duplicate, or resell the Pass. We may cancel any Pass suspected of misuse or fraud.

4) How to redeem offers

• Show your Pass at participating venues before paying.
• Partners apply the discount at their discretion and according to their in-store systems and rules (e.g., exclusions, time windows, dine-in only).

5) Offers may change

• Offers are set by participating partners under non-binding memoranda of understanding. Partners may change, pause, or withdraw an offer at any time without notice.
• Availability can vary by location, day, or stock. “Up to” discounts indicate a maximum benefit and may not apply to all items.

6) Fees

• There is no fee to hold a Pass. You remain responsible for any purchases made with partners.

7) Our role & liability

• We curate and publish partner offers but do not supply the goods/services you purchase. Your contract at checkout is with the partner.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for: partner pricing, product quality, service delivery, or loss arising from a partner’s refusal to honour a discount.
• Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

8) Fair use & suspension

We may monitor for unusual redemption patterns or misuse (e.g., sharing screenshots, bulk redemptions outside ordinary personal use). We can suspend or cancel a Pass where reasonable to protect the programme or partners.

9) Data & privacy

Use of the Pass is subject to our Privacy Policy (see link). We only process data necessary to issue/manage your Pass and to send service notifications if you opt in.

10) Intellectual property

All branding and content on the Pass and website are owned by Curated Offices or our licensors. You may not reproduce or alter them without permission.

11) Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but don’t guarantee the Pass or partner list will be available at all times. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may occur.

12) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or a Wallet push. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

15) White-label specifics (where applicable)

Where your building operates a white-label Pass:

• The Pass may carry the building/landlord brand; Curated Offices provides the underlying service.
• We may share aggregated usage with the landlord for programme reporting.
• Termination of the landlord’s agreement may end your Pass immediately.

Summary: we only use your details to issue and manage your personalised Clubcard and to notify you about eligible partner offers. We don’t sell your data.

Who we are

Curated Offices Ltd (“we”, “us”) operates the Curated Clubcard. If your building runs a white-label version, we do so for your landlord/manager as processor or joint controller (as set out in your onboarding email).

Data we collect

• Identity & work details: first/last name, company/tenant, role (optional).
• Contact: work email, mobile number.
• Pass metadata: pass ID, status, issue/expiry, usage timestamps (anonymised or aggregated for reporting).
• Technical: device/wallet type, notification preferences.

Why we process your data (legal bases)

• Issue & manage your pass (create the personalised Apple/Google Wallet pass; verify eligibility; re-issue/cancel): Contract/Legitimate Interests.
• Service notifications (e.g., new or changed partner offers, pass updates): Consent (you can opt in/out in Wallet or via our emails).
• Support & security (fraud prevention, misuse, system logs): Legitimate Interests.
• Analytics & reporting (aggregated usage to your landlord or building): Legitimate Interests (no individual purchase data; we don’t receive your till receipts).

How we share

• Technology providers: wallet-pass and notification platforms, email service providers, secure hosting—bound by data-processing agreements.
• Landlord/building operator (white-label only): aggregated usage and active user counts; personal data only as needed to validate eligibility or support requests.
• Partners/retailers: never given your personal contact details; at point of use you simply show your pass.

International transfers

Where suppliers host outside the UK, we use UK GDPR-compliant safeguards (IDTA/SCCs).

Retention

Active users: while your employer/landlord participates. Inactive/cancelled: we delete or anonymise pass data within 12 months unless required longer for legal or security reasons.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection/withdraw consent at any time (does not affect prior lawful processing). To exercise: privacy@curatedoffices.com. You can also complain to the ICO.

Security

We use encryption in transit/at rest, access controls, and least-privilege practices. If we suspect misuse/fraud, we may suspend a pass while we investigate.

Children

The Clubcard is for adults in participating workplaces.

Changes

We’ll update this policy from time to time and push a notice to your pass or email for material changes.
